REPROGRAM (“the app”) is built by Flow Ai Chat LLC. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. The short version: be honest, don’t abuse other people, and understand that Character Capital is a score — not money.

WHO CAN USE IT

You must be at least 13 years old to use REPROGRAM. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

COMMUNITY CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Parts of the app are shared with other users: your display name, profile photo, challenge names, and messages you post in challenge rooms. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, spam, or impersonation.

You can report any message from inside the app (long-press it) and block any user, which hides their messages from you. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and terminating accounts — at our sole discretion. You can also reach us directly at developer@flowaichat.com.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to store it and show it to the other participants it was posted to — that’s how the app works.

CHARACTER CAPITAL

Character Capital is a symbolic in-app score, styled with a dollar sign for motivation. It is not money and never becomes money: it has no cash value, and it cannot be bought (a membership doesn’t buy it either), sold, redeemed, exchanged, or transferred. Missed-day “penalties” and challenge “deposits” move this score only.

MEMBERSHIP

REPROGRAM is a paid membership: an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through your Apple ID. New members get 7 days free. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends, it becomes a paid subscription at the price shown in the app before you subscribe, charged to your Apple ID.

The subscription renews at the end of each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions; cancelling keeps your membership until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting your REPROGRAM account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in Settings as well. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

We may also give free or discounted membership through Apple offer codes, or to people we choose.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

REPROGRAM is a self-discipline tool. Challenges and disciplines — including fitness and fasting templates — are suggestions, not medical advice. Use your judgment and talk to a professional before attempting anything beyond your limits.

THE SERVICE

The app is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including resetting scores, streaks, or challenge state) as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Ai Chat LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

YOUR DATA

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Progress → Delete account).

CHANGES

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
